Convert Leads into sales.
Handling Requests & Complaints
Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
Retain the old customers
Cold Calling for new Leads
Answering incoming calls or leads.
Serve Existing customers by after sales support.
Inform about new products/offers to existing customers
follow-up and outbound cold calls.
